What do I need to pick it up?
Your order confirmation and photo ID. It's packed in a plain brown paper bag. If someone else is collecting, add a note at checkout. They'll need ID too.

For hygiene reasons we can't take change-of-mind returns on opened items. If it arrives faulty, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Rechargeable toys have at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
