- Mon/Tues: 6:30pm
- Wed-Sat: 8:30pm

Items must be from the same store for 2-hour delivery, otherwise 2 hr delivery options won’t appear at checkout.
Click & Collect
We offer a convenient click and collect service at both of our great locations. Orders are packed in our discreet brown paper bags and ready within 30 mins.
When using this service, please show us your order confirmation and a government issued proof of ID when collecting your order. (e.g driver's license, passport etc).
If someone else is picking up the order please leave a note at checkout or contact the store you placed the order at to let us know in advance who will be picking up the order. If someone else is picking up the order, they are also required to bring ID.
For security purposes, we note the ID number against the order.

Health and Safety - Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not accept any returns so please select your products carefully as no exchanges or refunds will be given.
In the rare scenario of a product being faulty when it arrives, please contact us within 5 days of the product arriving and we will provide further instructions to you on our faulty product return process. All rechargeable products are covered with a one year manufacturer's warranty and some even longer, a replacement product will be provided if deemed faulty.
