Our Tiers and Rewards
- Bronze Member - Qualifying spend $200 each calendar year - Progress to this tier and select a free item worth up to $20.
- Silver Member - Qualifying spend $500 each calendar year - Progress to this tier to start earning 2 Nice Dollars for every $20 spent and select a free item worth up to $50.
- Gold Member - Qualifying spend $1000 each calendar year - Progress to this tier to start earning 3 Nice Dollars for every $20 spent and select a free item worth up to $100. Members in this tier will also receive an invitation to our exclusive personal shopping date night experience including two drinks per person, nibbles and a dedicated expert staff member.
Terms and Conditions
Naughty But Nice reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program and rewards earned at any time, however reasonable efforts will be made to contact our members ahead of time regarding these changes.
Points and rewards can only be redeemed once per customer. Point balances (Nice Dollars) expire at the end of the calendar year if there is no activity on a customer account (e.g if you purchase in December, points will expire at the end of the following calendar year).
If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit and inline with our normal returns policy.
Nice Dollars are not rewarded on orders with additional discounts applied at checkout.

A. Create a Naughty But Nice customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the bottom of your screen.
Q. How do I earn loyalty points "Nice Dollars"?
A. Earn 1 point for every $20 you spend online or in-store*. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram, referring friends and more. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

Q. How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
A. You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards. You can also ask our friendly staff in store to check your points balance.
Q. How do I use my rewards?
A. When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.
