2 Hour Delivery

If your pickup point is within 50km of our stores, you can log deliveries up to 50km away - 7am - 9pm, 7 days a week. 2 Hour Delivery Guaranteed if pickup before 7pm. 

2 Hr delivery is available from both Capalaba and Cannon Hill stores if the item/s are in stock.

If you require urgent delivery support (particularly in the unlikely event there appears to be an issue with your order during transit) please contact our delivery provider Sherpa on 02 4058 4005.

Orders are delivered in our sealed plain brown paper bags to ensure a discreet delivery. 

To select 2 hour delivery, enter your postage address at checkout to see the 2 hour delivery window options available. Authority to leave is not available for 2 hour delivery orders. 

If you wish to use the 2 hour delivery option please note you must add items to your cart and then proceed to checkout (the option for 2 hour delivery will not appear if clicking buy now).

Further, all items in cart must be in stock from the same nearest store location, if one or more of the items are out of stock from your nearest store location, 2 hour delivery options will not appear at checkout. E.g you cannot have a mix of items from Cannon Hill store and Capalaba store using 2 hour delivery. If you wish to do this, you will need to create two separate orders as it will require two separate 2 hour Sherpa deliveries.
