As for the thickness of the Probe, that's entirely up to you- a classic hand pump connects to the base with a length of pliable tubing, allowing you to inflate until it's as big around as you like. Our testers found that about 25 pumps gets it to the largest point without bulging of the material, you'll want to be very careful not to over-inflate the plug.
A release valve on the bulb lets you deflate the Hefty, returning it to default position. Use a great quality water or silicone based lube with this toy, aside from making your experience much more comfortable, these lubes will extend the life of your Probe.
