Shipping policy
Discreet shipping
Every online order is packed privately. Parcels leave in plain white packaging, an unbranded box, a courier satchel or a sealed brown paper delivery bag with no product names, no adult wording and no mention of the contents on the outside.
The sender company name on parcels is NBN. Billing appears as NBN on statements.
Standard and express shipping
Free express shipping on orders over $150.
Standard shipping: $10 AUD per order. Allow 2-7 business days. Deliveries outside metropolitan areas may take longer.
Express Post: $15 AUD per order. Allow 1-3 business days. Deliveries outside metropolitan areas may take longer.
Signature on delivery: Available for $12. If you are not home when the parcel is delivered, it may be redirected to your nearest post office for pickup.
Some services do not require a signature. If a no-signature service is used, the parcel may be left in your letterbox or at your door. We cannot guarantee delivery once a carrier has marked an item delivered, but if a delivery issue arises we will help communicate with the carrier.
Postage to New Zealand: $19.95 AUD per order.
International shipping: We may be able to ship worldwide. Contact us for a shipping quote. Customs rules, duties and restrictions are the buyer's responsibility.
2-hour local delivery
2-hour delivery is available within the supported radius of our Brisbane stores, including eligible hotel addresses. PO boxes are not available for 2-hour delivery.
Same-day processing cutoffs:
- Monday-Tuesday: 6:45pm
- Wednesday-Saturday: 8:45pm
- Sunday and Queensland public holidays: 5:45pm
2-hour delivery only appears at checkout when the delivery address, item stock and nearest store can support it. Items should be available from the same store, otherwise 2-hour delivery options may not appear and you may need to place separate orders.
2-hour delivery pricing:
- Free over $250 and within 20km of our stores, when eligible at checkout.
- Up to 10km: $9.95
- 10-20km: $19.95
- 20-30km: $39.95
- 30-40km: $69.95
- 40-50km: $89.95
Local delivery orders are packed in sealed plain brown paper bags with no reference to the contents. Sender company details show NBN. Authority to leave is only used if requested by the customer in the order notes or by contacting us after placing the order. For delivery security, the courier may require a four-digit PIN.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders are packed in discreet brown paper bags and are usually ready within 30 minutes when stock is available at the selected store.
Please bring your order confirmation and government-issued photo ID when collecting. If someone else is collecting the order, leave a note at checkout or contact the selected store in advance. The nominated collector must also bring ID.
