What shipping options do you offer?
We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes one business day for us to pack and ship your order. Express orders placed after 12pm ship the following business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Aus Post Standard 1-5 business days - $10
Aus Post Express 1-2 business days - $15 (Free over $150)
2 hr delivery available during store hours- starting from $9.95 (Brisbane Area and surrounds)
Click & Collect - FREE (Cannon Hill, Capalaba and Margate store locations)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, customers can select their country, and shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided accordingly.
What is your return policy?
We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of your order's ship date.
In-person returns at any of our stores are accepted in line with our returns and faulty product policies. In the rare scenario of a product being faulty, we will replace it with the same item and our rechargeable products come with a one year replacement warranty or greater (some brands have up to 15 year warranty!).
