Shopping & Delivery

Is delivery discreet?

Yes — all orders from Naughty But Nice ship in plain, unmarked boxes or satchels with no indication of the contents on the outside. The sender name on your parcel will be "NBN" or a neutral business name. Your bank statement will show a discreet billing descriptor. We take privacy seriously.

How fast is delivery in Australia?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across Australia. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Brisbane customers can also use our 2-hour delivery service or Click & Collect from any of our three stores (Cannon Hill, Capalaba, Margate).

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes — Click & Collect is available at all three Brisbane stores. Place your order online and select your preferred store at checkout. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, usually within a few hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Products & Safety

Are your products body-safe?

All products we stock are body-safe and sourced from reputable manufacturers. We prioritise medical-grade silicone, borosilicate glass, and stainless steel for insertable toys. We do not stock jelly or PVC products, which can contain harmful plasticisers. If you have specific material questions about a product, our team is happy to help.

How do I clean my sex toys?

Clean toys after every use with warm water and a dedicated sex toy cleaner spray or foam. Non-porous materials (silicone, glass, stainless steel) can be fully sterilised by boiling, dishwashing, or using a 10% bleach solution. Never submerge toys with motors in water unless they're specifically rated as waterproof. Store toys in a clean bag or pouch, not loose in a drawer.

What lubricant should I use with my toy?

Water-based lubricant is safe with all toys and all condom types — it's the most versatile option and our default recommendation. Silicone-based lubricant lasts longer but must not be used with silicone toys (it degrades the material). Oil-based lubricants are not compatible with latex condoms. When in doubt, go water-based.

What's the best vibrator for beginners?

For most beginners, we recommend starting with clitoral stimulation rather than penetrative toys. The Satisfyer Pro 2 Generation 3 is our top pick for first-time buyers — it uses air pulse technology (no direct vibration), it's intuitive to use, and it delivers results consistently. A quality bullet vibrator like the We-Vibe Tango X is another excellent entry point. Visit us in-store and our team can help you choose based on your specific preferences.

What is air pulse / Pleasure Air technology?

Air pulse technology (used by Womanizer, Satisfyer, and others) stimulates the clitoris using gentle pressure waves rather than direct vibration. The toy doesn't touch the clitoris directly — instead, a small opening sits over the clitoris and creates suction and pressure pulses that stimulate through the air. Many people find this delivers more intense orgasms than traditional vibration, particularly those who find direct vibration too intense.
