Delivery is super fast with some orders arriving in just 20 minutes and within 2 hours during store hours if ordered before the order cut off times.

On occasion, we can have difficulties finding an uber driver. However, rest assured your order will not be too far away and you can track the order through the Uber app or by contacting us.

2-hour delivery is available within 50km of Brisbane stores (including hotels, no PO boxes).

Available from Capalaba, Cannon Hill and Margate stores if in stock. To select 2 hour delivery, enter your postage address at checkout to see the 2 hour local delivery options available.

Delivery Times
Available Monday to Sunday 7 days a week.

Order cut off times for same day processing:

Mon/Tues: 6:30pm

Wed-Sat: 8:30pm

Sun: 5:30pm.

Orders placed after the cut off time will be processed when we open the next day (9:30am or 10am).
Not available: Christmas Day, Good Friday and prior to 1pm on Anzac Day.

Delivery support and customer service
We use Uber for the majority of our orders, and the delivery driver will require a pin code deliver your order. The pin code is sent to the phone number provided.

Authority to leave is available for 2-hour delivery orders but only if requested by the customer (in the order notes or by contacting us once the order is placed).

For any urgent delivery issues, we recommend using the Uber App for chat and phone support or contact your local Naughty But Nice store.

Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for 2-hour delivery:

Custom or made-to-order products
Oversized items (over 20kg or 1.5m in any dimension)
Products marked as 'Pre-order'
Additional Terms
Delivery window: We aim to deliver within 2 hours, but delays may occur due to traffic or high demand.

Recipient: Someone must be available to receive the delivery unless other arrangements are made. We will contact you if no one is home. If items are returned to our stores additional redelivery fees may apply.

Changes: Orders cannot be modified once confirmed for 2-hour delivery. If there is an urgent problem, please call your local store.

The customer is responsible for tracking their order and ensuring items are received. For your security and peace of mind, Uber will supply a four-digit pin number that you need to provide to the delivery driver, to ensure there is no issue with the delivery.

Naughty But Nice will not be responsible for stolen goods if items are left unattended on delivery.
