How To Use:

If you’re new to pelvic floor weights, start easy with a single blue ball. As your muscles get stronger, step it up to two blue balls for a comfy workout. Experienced users can jump right in with the golden balls or mix and match! Before use, clean them well and add some water-based lube for smooth insertion—think tampon-style, with the silicone cord left outside for easy removal. Keep them in for at least 15 minutes a day, but skip use during pregnancy or your period. The longer you play, the quicker you’ll feel those perks!

Start with the smallest weight, at least 15 minutes.

 Week 1 – 1 golden ball of 30g

 Week 2 – 1 blue ball of 40g

 Weeks 3 & 4 – Combine 2 golden balls of 30g

 Weeks 5 & 6 – Combine 1 x 30g gold ball with 1 x 40g blue ball

 Weeks 7 & 8 – Match 2 golden balls out of 40

You can add 5 minutes a day until you get to exercise the muscles for about 30 minutes.
